Keri Quick Owner & Competition Team Coach
Gymnastics has been a passion of mine since I started when I was 4 years old. I began competing at the optional level when I was 7, through CARA gymnastics. I competed with CARA up until my 8th grade year in school, where I then competed as a Fort Morgan Mustang throughout high school and graduated there in 2004. I also grew up loving and participating in dance starting at the same time I did gymnastics, as well as competed in high school with the track team doing pole vault. During my middle school years, my coaches asked me to help with the younger girls in both gymnastics and dance, and loved seeing them develop their skills. Once I graduated and went off to college, I also coached in Greeley for a year. I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology in 2009 and received my Master’s degree in School Counseling in 2012. This is my sixth year as a School Counselor at Brush High School. My husband, Dusty (also a Fort Morgan Alumni), and I married in 2006 and have three beautiful children: Brookelyn (11), Willow (9), and Gunner (7). I’m beyond happy to be a part of the HPG team as the new owner and am eager for the upcoming season.
Terresa Lauck Recreational Manager & Instructor
I began coaching at High Plains Gymnastics Academy in the fall of 2009 and currently teach parent-tot, preschool, and recreational level classes. I live just outside of Fort Morgan on our family farm with my husband Charlie and my youngest two daughters, Amber and Allie. I enjoy spending time with my family and supporting them in all of their endeavors, exercising, scrapbooking, reading, and cooking. When I'm not at the gym or with my family, you will find me at church or out and about in the community volunteering. What I love most about coaching is the KIDS! My love of children is not limited to my own, and I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of any and all children, which is why I welcome the opportunity to coach at HPG and totally LOVE my job!!!
Nicole Bowles Competition Team Coach
Nicole has been coaching gymnastics at HPGA for 12 years. She started gymnastics when she was 5 years old and did it for 13 years. She competed in CARA as well as at Fort Morgan High School where she was a team captain for the Mustangs her senior year. She graduated Fort Morgan High School in 2012 and Regency Beauty Institute-Fort Collins in 2013 where she got her cosmetology licence! She is now working at Downtown Hair in Fort Morgan and absolutely loves what she does! Nicole is also the Head Gymnastics Coach at FMHS and absolutely enjoys working with her highschool girls. Her favorite thing about coaching is building a trust and relationship with each gymnast and just being able to laugh with them and watch them advance and grow.

assion for gymnastics started when I was 2. I started competing USGA at the age of 6. I started competitive cheerleading at the age of 7 which quickly became another passion of mine. Due to an injury I had to give up one and I continued with cheerleading. I competed at Level 5 and went to worlds twice. I have learned a lot from both sports they have taught me many valuable life lessons. Outside of the gym I am a single mom of an amazing daughter who is 3. Last year I graduated from new dimensions beauty academy and am now a licensed cosmetologist. My favorite part of coaching is to watch the next generation of athletes learn and grow in the sports.

I'm a senior at Fort Morgan High School and will be continuing my education at Colorado State University. I've worked with kids my entire life and am a part of the Teacher Cadet program through both the high school and UNC, providing me with 250+ hours of student teaching experience. I have many fond memories of gymnastics as a child and hope to bring the same passion and skill I remember from my coaches in my youth to the gymnasts in my classes now.
